“This is the second time that I’ve called on High Tech Appliance over the last couple of years (older SubZero and different issues each time) and they have been super! Each time I have called in the morning and they were there by afternoon. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone was more than pleasant and quick to respond. The same team of guys came this time as last time – and they remembered being here too. They were pleasant, efficient and fixed the machine. When Mike went down to the truck to get what was needed it wasn’t a 45-minute experience – he went and was back in a moment and cleaned up the mess and problems solved. Both guys were friendly and great – seriously no crap and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.
